How to deal with Depression and Stay Happy

Depression is a much grievous state and should not be substituted for feeling low!
Most of us are stressed quite a few times and the loneliness accompanying it adds to the agony and we began to feel like we are depressed.


I know you don't want to read anything right now, but if you are reading this then just continue. It will help you out.

I have been in your shoes, not once but many times so I'll describe my experience.

  1. Switch off your phones and other gadgets.
  2. Avoid listening music because you will only hear sad songs which will make the situation worse
  3. Go to a friend's house. Believe me when I say this that it's the best remedy to your pain. Just go to that friend who listens and understands you like no one.
  4. In case you don't have any friend or your friends aren't close to you then also don't worry follow next steps(in case you want to talk about it to someone but you don't have anyone to listen then you are always welcome, I'm a good listener just drop a text).
  5. Don't take your bike, instead walk. You will get time to talk to yourself and it will be beneficial. Talk about it to yourself because only you and no one other knows you better.
  6. If you have a friend then - Meet him, don't tell him about your problem, just continue talking, he will make you feel better with his jokes(you like his jokes that's why you are his friend) gradually tell your problem to him, he will understand you and he will make you feel better.
  7. If you don't have a friend then - go home after walking and spend some time with your family, it will help.
  8. To all those who don't have anyone to share things. See you will have to open in front of someone whoever it might be. Search for someone whom you can talk about it be it anyone otherwise if you won't talk about it, you will become more depressed and your career, life, goals, achievements literally everything will get destroyed(search online for someone, quora is a great place for it).

I just did these things and it literally makes me feel relaxed and better. Try it atleast.

Avoid using smartphones and gadgets, focus on something productive, focus on your goals, focus on your hobbies it will be a great stress buster.
